However, TCC is concerned that many firms are either not fully aware of … or perhaps struggling to fully comprehend and implement the RDR qualification requirements
- According to recent research (February 2009) an estimated 75% of advisers have not yet achieved the Level 4 standard
- And, by the end of 2012, the regulator expects all existing advisers to have achieved an appropriate Level 4 qualification, with new entrants expected to go through the higher level qualification from 2010
